In connection with the introduction of the Act Journal of Laws 2017, item 1567, to purchase equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, while caring for the purity of our planet required by the Act, from 1 January 2018 we require the following conditions to be met:

Retail customer is obliged to send a certificate confirming that the device will be installed by a company or installer with the appropriate F-GAZ authorization.

Company is obliged to submit a certificate to confirm that the equipment will be installed by a company holding an F-GAZ certificate issued by UDT.
